With over 20 years of dedicated experience at Awafi Foodstuff Ind. Co. L.L.C., Titus Mathew leads the company’s Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Research & Development functions. He plays a key role in ensuring that the company’s products consistently meet high standards of quality, safety, compliance, and consumer expectations.

Titus holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and has undergone extensive professional training in Food Safety, HACCP, ISO 9001, Halal standards, and related quality management systems.

In addition to overseeing quality and food safety systems, Titus leads the Research & Development of new products, working closely with production and other teams to develop and improve products while maintaining consistency, safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement and food safety, Titus has contributed significantly to building and maintaining the quality culture that supports the Crunchos brand.
